“Apple Oaks” is situated in the heart of the highly regarded Kiewa Valley between Wodonga and Mount Beauty. Approximately 80 percent of the property is highly productive alluvial river flats. The balance approximately 20 percent is rising terrace country to the eastern boundary along Mullagong Road.

There is no house on the property, although an old dairy and hayshed are located close to and within easy access of the entrance on Mullagong Road. Electricity services are connected to the site and telephone is available (not currently connected).

The property is sensibly divided into ten (10) paddocks with a central laneway for ease of management. The Kiewa River runs along the western boundary of the property providing a 2ML Stock Water Diversion Licence. There are also two spring fed surface dams. If required, water can be pumped from the River to the dam adjacent to Mullagong Road on the eastern boundary of the property before being gravity fed to a system of eight (8) troughs to provide easy water access for stock.

Improvements include: solar panels (generating 4.85kW providing a supplementary income of more than $4,000 per annum), cattle yards, hayshed and old dairy.
