His knowledge in terms of how to market the property on the internet to attract the buyers we were wanting to target turned out to be spot on. The interest that we generated in a short period of time was quite amazing.  As a result, Mike was able to generate buyer competition without us going through the auction process and the property was sold at a price that exceeded my expectations.

Mike managed so many inspections from his campaign,  I think it was over 30.  So on the day we had a great crowd and many very interested buyers.

Corcoran Parker are a complete team. Rod Potter, Livestock Agent, arranged the immediate and  appropriate sale of our breeding cow herd and even delivered our bull personally to an appreciative buyer at Urana.  The 2017 drop calves were held over utilising the settlement period to achieve maximum weight until the store sale in August.  We also sincerely thank Rod for his experience and knowledge providing the guidance to our operation for success over many years.


Leaving the land after 50 years of farming was traumatic enough.  Mike provided that calmness and support to ensure all happened with as little stress as possible.  Mike’s vibrant and caring personality with an empathy to understand and appreciate our feelings helped us immensely at this difficult time.
